For guaranteed weekday reservations, cancel before 12:00 PM on the check-in date to avoid a penalty. For weekends, cancel at least 24 hours before the day of check-in. Cancellation windows may vary during special events or holidays. If you do not arrive or cancel by the applicable deadline, the payment method may be charged for the first night and remaining consecutive nights may be cancelled. Reservations without a credit-card guarantee are not guaranteed and are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may include a fee; payment prioritizes the request but cannot guarantee access before standard check-in. Late check-out must be approved in advance by the front desk; unapproved late departures may result in additional fees.

Yes. Pendleton Inn and Suites is a 100% non-smoking property, including all guest rooms. Please ask the front desk about designated outdoor areas.

Well-behaved pets and service animals are welcome. A maximum of two pets is permitted per room, and all pets and service animals must be declared at check-in. Service animals assisting guests with disabilities stay at no additional charge. Pets must be leashed and attended outside the guestroom, never left unattended in rooms or vehicles, and guests must clean up after them. Our team cannot service a room with an unattended pet. If a pet must remain in the room, it must be secured in a crate or carrier and the front desk must be notified in advance. Animals that create excessive noise, damage property, demonstrate aggression, or otherwise pose a health or safety concern may be asked to leave at management's discretion.

Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available, including space for trucks and larger vehicles. Oversized vehicle parking is subject to availability, so calling ahead is recommended.

Yes. ADA-accessible rooms, including options with roll-in showers, can be booked online or by contacting the front desk. We also do our best to honor special requests such as a ground-floor room, early arrival, or specific amenities, but these requests cannot be guaranteed in advance. Please contact us directly if you need a particular accessibility feature.

Housekeeping service for multi-night stays may be limited. Ask the front desk about the service schedule or request fresh linens and other essentials during your stay.

Children stay free when sharing a room with an adult and using the existing bedding, subject to the room’s maximum occupancy.

Bike and kayak rentals are available based on season and daily availability. Guests must leave a security deposit and valid ID or driver's license with the front desk for the duration of a rental. We do not provide transportation to or from local waters; guests must have an appropriate vehicle equipped to securely carry and return kayaks themselves.
